Bela D.My Experience with U-Haul was Terrible My reservation was made at 8:30 AM at one location, when I arrived to pick up my truck I was informed that location does not handle 26' trucks and had t go to a different location 3 miles away to get my Truck Upon arriving at new location They do not Open until 10 AM. So I had to call Service Department who tried to tell me that I was called to inform me about Change
