Stop robbing people. I ordered a truck for 24hours and was charged for 2 days. Knowing I did not have it for 2 days. I was still charged for it. Very dissatisfied customer and will not be back to you all. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. And I never got any of my money back. Nor did I get an apology or anything.

No one at location despite posted hours of operations on bldg & website stating the were open on Monday. Did not answer when I called # posted on door.
Michael CThey claimed I never dropped off the tow dolly on the day I actually dropped it off and she was in the little building. she didn't come outside , she yelled through the screen door to park it wherever. After parking it she yelled out the door that she will come check it out but I never saw her . I tried calling again and went to the door and she never answered either . This location then charged my card for 6 more days saying I dropped it off a week after I did. I have since gotten my money back . She clearly knew when I dropped it off and This location needs to be reviewed and checked for more fraudulent charges on their customers. Will never use this location and I travel a lot to South Carolina.

WADE JThe staff was responsive but not on-site. The self check-in was a nightmare and took over two hours that involved many tries through the app and many phone calls with local staff and 1-800-GO-U-HAUL. Unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.

Andrew ELocation was way out of the way. U-Haul did not send me a message the night before of where my truck and trailer would be or that ONE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. AND HAD BEEN SCHEDULED FOR 2WEEKS. SO WE WERE VERY INCONVENIENCED. The office here was closed. Had to call someone from number on building. She did come very quickly and was helpful, knowledgeable and apologetic about what had happened to us. Wasn’t her fault.
Lisa DPorscha was very prompt, professional and accommodating, she made our rental experience very simple, especially since it was last minute. I would highly recommend Porsha and this location and would definitely come back again!

The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even to the extent of contacting over a dozen other facilities in search of the equipment we needed. Cars N Thangs LLC and owner Porscha are above amazing!!!! Wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars!!! My wife and I were roadtripping from south Fl to NY when we experienced a breakdown of our vehicle. We were stuck in the middle of a very rural area, middle of the night, not knowing anyone to help. We contacted this business looking for a rental to continue the trip. Cars n Thangs did not have what we wanted available at the time, and immediately Porscha the owner was on top of it, spending hours contacting and other local facilities until finding the equipment we needed to continue the trip and even gave us a ride to the favility! We are very thankful for Porscha being there for us releiving a ton of stress and taking on a task that she only did so because of her big heart and humanity!!

Sara GI was overcharged( paid $336 then charged another $54 in the end and UHaul messed up bad bad). I am a customer Devona Hinds. My reservation number is 18825237 and I made a reservation a week ago for a 15” truck to be in Walterboro SC 29488. However there was a change in location pickup and the pickup location changed twice. Once the day before pickup and on the morning of pickup. This was very inconvenient and time consuming for me. I was originally to get a 15” truck then I was only offered a 20” because the one I previously ordered wasn’t available. Big inconvenience because I budgeted for one cost $262 plus tax and then I had to take a 20” truck costing $330 plus tax. Additionally the miles I had to drive from St George ( the changed location)to Walterboro must be taken off in the form of a discount because this wasn’t in the initial arrangement. The representative at St George was pleasant and helpful but the U-Haul management service was poor. Overcharged , time consuming, great inconveniences.
