Vehicle was poorly maintained, had broken glass in the cargo area and a flip flop presumably form the previous user, withon the first 5 hours the check engine light came on, roadside told us to keep going until it started flashing, did not boost our confidence. Spent 6 hours broken down because the A/C died while a national heat advisory was in effect and temperatures were 105+ which was still not fully operational after it was repaired

Willie WMake sure it is noted that pick up will not include a customer service rep in person and pick up And drop off is no contact which would have saved 45 minutes of confusion while trying to hurry and rent a truck and trailer and our vehicle had broken down traveling home with 5 hours to go.
