Drop off was fast. No issues with final check-out.
KJ HWhen I made my reservation online to pick up, there was nothing stating a 4 digit code needed to access the key for the truck, and no emails saying it was missing payment info. Luckily the place was open when I picked the truck up. The Uhaul website is less than stellar, it was slow and trying to get one time codes to verify things were lagging by like an hour. The lady at CARS where I picked it up was incredibly helpful though.
Heather SOne issue with drop off dates was resolved without issue. I would recommend this place.

Bryan HPlease don't park a pickup truck in the exit lane. First time driving a larger truck and I had less than a foot clearance to get through because of that pick up.

BRIAN CTruck was very noisy, and smelled like someone had smoked in it for awhile. The back was clean and easy to use.

Thomas RLady asked me if I wanted insurance I said no. Was charged $25. Told her about other locations charging only $73 when I was paying $143. Should have gotten $73 rate. She told me to talk to her boss(?) at LaCrosse location where I was dropping trailer off at. I ask the young kid behind the counter and was given a shotty asked answer as he was not sure. Then he told me it might be because of that site being short(?)? No! I’ve checked other facilities and Duluth was the only one the was overcharging for this trailer. Used to love renting from U-Haul my need to check out other options. Very disappointed!!! Waited outside for 5-10 minutes in drop off another guy behind me did also when no one came out I told the guy behind me I would go inside, although it says wait in vehicle. Finally got out of there. Want a refund for $25 and also fee for trailer so I only pay $73 for what I should have paid as all other U-Haul places were only charging $73 for this particular trailer!!!
JUNE S24x7 pick up did not work. Online I found info indicating that if "pick up my truck" wasn't available it was because you were early - but that wasn't the case. A simple note that "early or late" would cause that would have been helpful. Also, truck front right tire was very low tire pressure. Anyone turning truck on would have seen the message & indicator on dashboard immediately. Was a VERY frustrating start.

William LIt was a tight squeeze getting the truck out of the parking lot due to where employees had their vehicles parked. The check-in process took much longer than I expected. Slow internet connection and bad cell service slowed things down.
Kerissa GVery professional I called John and asked him for a 6 x 12 trailer, he said he had one, when I went to pick it up he came out hook it up to my truck made sure everything worked, I never had to go inside, I definitely recommend C.A.R.S.

RICHARD SConfusion on web page as to pickup location when ordering a truck. I did not find out until after I order a truck that the location had been changed. The Lady was very helpful in directing me to the correct location and informed me I could pick up the truck earlier then what was on the web page.
