I arrived at the location and had no instructions about how to access the keys to the truck. No lockbox code. I ended up calling the regional office and was provided instructions by a very helpful individual on the phone.

make sure the trailer is swept out snd adjust the chains properly. they were dragging on the ground. i had to get my landlord to help me twist snd adjust them for a 5 x 8 enclosed trailer. also it rained and the trailer leaked on my furniture and belongings.

KJ HWhen I made my reservation online to pick up, there was nothing stating a 4 digit code needed to access the key for the truck, and no emails saying it was missing payment info. Luckily the place was open when I picked the truck up. The Uhaul website is less than stellar, it was slow and trying to get one time codes to verify things were lagging by like an hour. The lady at CARS where I picked it up was incredibly helpful though.
Heather SOne issue with drop off dates was resolved without issue. I would recommend this place.
