My original pickup location was changed because they didn't have the truck I ordered. I used the app to pick up the truck and it didn't save me any time. The truck had a check engine light on for a gas cap. The wrong cap was installed for the truck. The equipment that I rented wasn't available and I had to drive to another location to pick that up. The key was in the back of the truck; however, the lock wasn't locked meaning that anyone could have taken it and I'm sure I would somehow have been held responsible.

The truck box was wet and dirty, the interior was muddy. I set up the online pick up, but my reservation, which I made a week prior, had no vehicle assigned. It took an hour to get the truck. Overall, a bad experience.

Not sure who dropped the ball as the location was quick to blame others but ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes after my scheduled pickup time just to get my truck. I had scheduled a mobile pickup at another location and that location was changed earlier in the week. Get to the location and the website says no equipment has been assigned. Call the number provided and was told someone would be there within 15 minutes. The person arrives and says they will be right back, that they have the wrong keys. I'm thinking right back means 10-15 minutes. 30-40 minutes later they finally return. They tried saying either dispatch or the original location messed up because it was not listed as a mobile pickup yet I could access it on the website. Highly disappointed in the service and a little soap and water goes a long ways on the exterior of the trucks.

I was sent to 3 different locations to pickup then the last was closed and had to get a motel until next day.... very dissatisfied .. drop of was a great experience
