How U-Haul Reviews WorkOffice could not get the computer to work, boss passcode would not work. then tried to load my ID, 3 times it took. the owner is rude. Truck was full of trash in cab and in back of truck. I could not load the pictures before starting to confirm there was no or to mark any prior damage. this city really would benefit from an actual U-Haul location with store and real U-Haul personnel.

Arman AHave a better system on checking out a UHAUL Truck. Although the individual was very nice when picking hp the truck, the UHAUL website was not cooperative. Also, it was very difficult to retrieve the key to the vehicle as it was in a lock box and we had to struggle with the lock to get it open. Also, the air conditioner would be cold and then regular air and didn’t work very consistent.
