Harmon was awesome as usual only issue I have is with the app itself checking in and out it always glitches and takes at least an hour to do either side not sure why the app and website hardly work , would like it to be able to check in and out faster

Everything was great about my rental. Other than only being given 30 miles then you have to pay extra. That to me personally makes no sense. I went from Woodstock to Cartersville 2x and had to pay an extra $82.00

This is a satellite location that did not have the desired size truck or furniture dolly. This was a one way rental. The vehicle would not start on several occasions. It stopped in a remote location which was a scary experience.

There was horrible weather when I arrived. I backed the trailer into a spot, waited about 3 minutes and my phone was ringing. It was the gentleman working at the facility. He assured me that once the rain and lightning let up, that he would come out and assist me. After the lightning passed, he came out with an umbrella, unhooked me and I was on my way. Absolute professional behavior and very helpful.

Was charged a late fee by uhaul even though it was returned on time. There wasn’t anyone at the location to receive the trailer so we called and he said he would mark it as being returned. Still got charged a late fee.

The inside windows were dirty. There was an issue with the tire pressure monitoring system, and one of the tie down rails in the back was partially detached. This isn’t the dealer’s fault, but the app kept freezing up when I was trying to add photos. O tried to close the app and open it up again to load photos and it said my process was complete.

The trucks steering and front suspension were worn out. The front tire were out of balance. The truck needs a front end alignment. I had a real problem keeping the truck in my lane when I hit a pot hole or a rut. I was completely exhausted at the end of my 500 mile battle.

To whom it may concern, I have moved multiple times and I can say this was the best experience I have ever had with a storage company. The Manager on Duty was the best thing about the service. He is fantastic! He demonstrated professionalism, kindness, availability, accessibility, personable, he was just awesome. What a GREAT facility! For starters, the facility is extremely clean and I didn’t have any pests at all. No one wants to store their stuff and worry about all the nasty critters - this storage facility exceeded my expectations! The owner, Arman, is such a lovely person. He always remembered my name and went out his way to help. His customer service is unmatched. I can’t say enough about the facility and its staff. We will definitely come back. If you’re looking for a place to store your stuff, you’ve found it!

I met with the Manager/Owner on the day I returned the truck. He was very nice and helpful with the process of closing out the truck being returned. Great equipment maintained very well. The truck was very clean when I picked it up. Also he cleaned up the truck at Checkin of truck. I highly suggest this location to conduct business at.

Your U-Haul system is all messed up. First they gave me a reservation at a place that was closed on Friday so when I show up on Friday, I have to call the number on the front door and they say they’re closed and they can’t rent it to me when I have one reserved for two days. So then when I find another one at least they’re a decent location. But then I’m forced to use your app to sign in I have to download a freaking app. I have to use it instead of just using the Internet. I don’t want your app. I think your app is garbage. There’s no one there at the time to drop it off so I have to use your piece of garbage app. Then I have to take off restrictions that I have on my phone for showing my location because you have to use my location so I have to do even more adjusting with my phone. I don’t think I’ll be using U-Haul again if it’s gonna be this much of a hassle every single time I have enough things on my phone I don’t need a U-Haul app that I’m going to delete immediately after that’s retarded. You people know that if I use U-Haul every day sure I might need a nap but I don’t, no one does

I couldn't have found a better place. I was treated respectfully and always had access to my belongings. Only problem that I did have was one of the units had let some water into it ! Not a lot but I could see the floor wet on one side. Unfortunately a two antique dressers from the mid 1800s and a mirror had mold or mildew on them! After a good cleaning it appears nothing was permanently damaged . Blessed I am.

The app used to pick up the truck is very cumbersome and not helpful at all. It would be more helpful for some of the items to be entered ahead of time as well as the multiple forms of identification. If they are available to enter before picking up, it is not easily found.

This storage facility was great for us. We just needed a room for a month and they were very accommodating. The employee, Armand, was very nice. We weren’t able to get the room I originally reserved, but they had another one that worked just as well and was cheaper. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that there was no gate outside so anyone could just come in. Other than that, it was great and I will use them again.

The 10 x 20 climate control storage unit was perfect for our needs. The storage unit facility is very safe and secure, easy to access, and things could not have gone better!💯 The manager Armand is top notch! He is the best manager, and Uhaul is so lucky to have him. The office and premises are always so clean. Armand is so hard-working. He is always one step ahead with any questions or needs, and is so pleasant to talk to!🤓 I will not hesitate to refer anyone that is in the cartersville area; when they happen to need a storage unit or truck.
