The app used to pick up the truck is very cumbersome and not helpful at all. It would be more helpful for some of the items to be entered ahead of time as well as the multiple forms of identification. If they are available to enter before picking up, it is not easily found.

CESAR E.the check engine light kept coming on and the cost of the millage is way too high when your refilling the gas tank as well. when you lease the truck and return it to the same location you should not be charged millage or have a set millage allowance that you get before you start getting charged extra. if i would have realized this i would have went through another rental company
