The app. I was trying to take the pictures on the app to pick up the truck and they were not loading. I tried to get help on the chat but didn’t get any. Finally figured it out. You take the pictures and go back one screen. So finally after 15 minutes was able to pick up the truck.

App usage was giving me a few problems. It was glitching out during the return/drop off process. Overall a good experience. Will rent uhaul again.

Charles LThe gentleman who ran the Cartersville Self Storage Center, Arman, is outstanding! This man should be promoted to a training position within U-Haul teaching customer service. He walked me through the process, explained everything concerning the truck I had reserved, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the facility. I have not had such a positive experience in a long time!
