Reserved a 26' but the previous customer hadn't returned it by the reservation time. Had to settle for the 20' truck. Attendant wasn't able to clean the inside for whatever reason and there was a live cockroach left. Ramp was greasy, not sure is it was from lubrication or use but left hands dirty and smelly. The fuel gauge wasn't calibrated and showed empty even after putting 20 gallons in but when put in 5 more it shot up to full.

FREDERICK HAt this location there needs no improvement! This location in Cartersville should be the model for all other locations! Its big enough to always have the equipment I need but small enough to make you feel like friends and not just a customer! Only place I use!
