Can not improve on perfection !! Checked in got hooked up and gone down the road
BRYAN BFix the WiFi My phone was charged and I was there 15 min early. During the process of picking up my truck the site kept refreshing. I held my phone in the air trying to get it to load for over an hour. So frustrating! Then on return I parked across the street and everything was going smoothly until I had to take pictures. So I drove it across the street to Cascade and parked it. I took all the pictures and when I tried to load them the spinning begun. I again moving my phone around, walking around begging it to load. After some time the owner stopped by and said she would close up the rental tomorrow due to the internet issues. Again fix the WiFi. Something that should have been so easy was more than frustrating. I will never do that again.

MARNIE HThey charged me for 3 gallons of gas when I filled it to half full as it was when I picked it up. They charged me for $48 for missing/damaged items when nothing was damaged or missing.
Laura CThe policy to send out truck with however much gas is left and never fill them up is not service friendly leaving me with 1/8 of a tank and immediately having to find a gas station. Charging a $50 fee to do nothing is probably illegal.
ROY BWhy did U-haul have to call two people I know for me to rent and why can’t one be my spouse? Since when is it not good enough that I’m a responsible adult with a very good credit card? Plus the app messed up and wouldn’t accept my two “references.” And why did it take 45 minutes to pick up my rental? Totally ridiculous rental requirement for two references and has nothing to do with my acceptability as a renter. I won’t ever rent from u-haul again after that. What a joke.

TANYA SPICKUP LOCATION: Cascade Door in Cle Elum is easy to access, and the attendant was congenial, knowledgeable, and friendly. If I had reason to be in the area I would happily do business with them again. U-HAUL BUSINESS PRACTICES: The location you choose for equipment pickup may not be the location you desired. We were rerouted the day before to pickup equipment 50 miles (100 round trip) and an hour (2 round trip) out of our way across a mountain pass (Manastash) to a mountain foothills community to pick up the equipment. The person who provided the new pickup location did not explain that the 12" utility trailer we requested was round trip only and for our one-way trip they had substituted a covered cargo trailer that was not actually 12' deck length that we needed (U-haul estimated it was slightly over 12' deck). So we were two hours late to meet the people who were going to load the truck & trailer and had to re-pack part of the load to fit the smaller trailer. Not a happy camper. However, the equipment functioned properly and safely.

Douglas MThese people were super nice and helped me back my truck in with the trailer as I was having difficulty being able to backing it into the parking lot ! They were efficient with hooking up the trailer and de-hooking it super quick! Best experience renting a trailer I’ve ever had!

John BWe dropped off our uhaul a day early(Sunday morning in February). I received an extra bill later that week for returning it a day late. The woman I spoke to in the office was pleasant and reversed the charge. 5 weeks later the exact same charge posted to my credit card again for returning a rental in March a day late(no rental in march). Very unhappy that uhaul has retained my credit card info 5 weeks after our commitment ended and that uhaul is trying to charge me for another usage. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the Cle Elum location or uhaul specifically.
matt LWorst app ever. You have to be aware that phones rely on 4-5G and this location had limited coverage on my phone, so every click required 20 sec to respond. Had to call customer service. Took 1 hr. The pickup instructions never mentioned the security hassles etc. Will never rent again like this. Also, cost was much higher than projected given high charge for mileage. Terrible gas mileage!

William ROn line check out process was a very aggravating process! Truck was parked locked and keys in drop box, before knowing your system require way too many pictures! I have been a 63 year user of u-haul, never again. My experience will be shared by word of mouth, your future is doomed. Sincerely, Former customer, never again.
James WIt took me 1/2 hour to check out on the online app because the photos would not upload. The online checkout process was terrible.
Carlos LWhen we arrived during business hours, there was a sign on the door that said “running errands, be back soon.” There was no service to do an online trailer drop off. We waited half an hour, then when staff finally came back, they were snippy with us for parking the trailer by the trucks (there was no sign or directions about where to park) even though no one was there to help us.
Lexi PThey truck was clean and warmed up when we got there. The folks there were very helpful on how to drive the truck as I am blind in one eye and can't see out of the other.

Leo BLOVE these guys. It was my first time renting from them. Cle Elum is the next town over from Ellensburg but I would definitely make the drive to rent from this team. They were great! Accommodating and helpful. Quick and efficient. And the store was neat and clean. I have no issues with renting from them again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
