TANYA BU-Haul rented me an old, heavily used truck with over 120,000 miles. At drop-off, the ignition key got stuck and couldn’t be removed. The key itself appeared to be a worn, aftermarket copy. I don’t understand why equipment like this is rented out at full price - disappointing experience.
