The attendant at this location was kind and attentive. We explained how upset we were that many of our items have water damage because water somehow got into the truck. She took note of our issues and assured us that we'd be receiving a follow up call from U-Haul. I sure hope we won't have to call on our own to get this righted.PRESTON E.

I was given a different pickup location which was okay but when I picked up the truck I was given a new drop off location with the contract. I dropped the truck off at the new location and was denied permission to do so from customer service. Demanded I return it to the original drop of location after I had already arrived. Said they can change drop off locations at anytime and that they texted me the day before but I never received any notice. Jess, the customer service rep was rude and inconsiderate. I'm truly disappointed in the service I received as a paying customer. I would recommend going elsewhere. Nobody needs to be treated like that.Karen C.

We asked to pick up the truck in Glenwood but we're transferred the W 7th without our permission. Then we had to pick up the truck on Conger. The man I talked to on 7th was very nice and the lady on Conger could not have been better. I wish the truck had more than a 16th of a tank but this was not a real problem.John K.

Easyist, quickest and friendliest Uhaul Dealer I've yet used. When choosing a dealer/ truck combination it would be much easier for you to show "next available date/time" specified equipment will be available at preferred dealer.Richard B.

The people at the pickup location were great! Uhaul corporate has major issues with the 24/7 pickup App. The website showed the truck could be picked up anytime with the 24/7 app. I flew into town, took an Uber to the location, punched the button to pickup my truck and the app told me my reservation was now changed to a "pickup when the location was open" ! I then had to spend $200 on a hotel room and lost a half a day of time. Uhaul should be ashamed!!! Dont advertise something if it does not work. I would like my $50 reservation guarantee check and reimburesed for the $200 hotel room.Lynn H.

There were two trucks parked when I arrived, and that's the only reason I knew where to park. Although the emails I received from Uhaul told me to call the location, no one answered when I called multiple times. The message at the number gave hours of operation, yet when I returned the truck, no one was there. In addition, there was no signage indicating where the keys should be left. I later received a text message from the location saying that they couldn't find where I left the key. I texted them back with the pictures I took, and they said they could located it.kendra R.

A week ahead I ordered a truck and dolly. When I picked up the truck they didn't have a dolly and sent me 5 blocks to a sister store to pick it up. Seems they could have transferred a dolly during the previous week. This is normally not a problem, but with everything that is going on, I spent just over an hour making my pickup.Dwayne S.
Upon dropping off the truck, I was charged extra mileage and fees, when I was suppose to receive a credit for this due to the truck not being at the location I reserved. Again, not the location's fault, but completely dissatisfied with this entire transaction.Trever K.
I've never wrote a bad review, normally if I have a bad experience I will just never go back. BUT this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, in the sense that It started going bad before i even pulled in to park the truck. Let me start from the beginning.. my drop off location on paper when I rented this HUGE truck was not this cascade place, I was notified by phone that I would need to take it to this location D/T the other one being full. No big deal, it was like a mile difference. I used GPS my daughter followed behind in my car. Just as I start to pull into the cascade garden equipment place this lady runs out waving her arms like shes trying to fly yelling for me to pull into the entrance before. mind you both entrances are large so it wasnt like i was going to run over any cars or equipment, also note that at this point I'm stopped half way in the middle of the road trying to roll down the window and she is still yelling for me to back up! It was NOT safe to just start backing up. My daughter was behind me and had no clue what was going on. I rolled the window down and said "YEA I GOT IT" yes my voice had a little sass at that point. She replies with "YOU CAN TAKE THIS TRUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE" I rolled the window up & called my daughter to explaine that she could park so I could back up and pull into other drive way. After pulling into the other drive way I got out of the truck, couldnt see the lady so I went inside the place of business. I get in there and the crazy lady is just staring at us. My daughter who's 19 breaks the awkward staring contest with "dont you think there was maybe a more professional way of handling this?" (She wasnt wrong to ask) the crazy lady then grabs the key I had set down, rolled her eyes and if looks could kill! We woulda been dead. She says very rudely you can wait out side! So we did. She went over to the truck we stayed about 50 ft back she started it and was in the cab for a good 10 min with it running so I called the place I originally rented from and explained the situation and he seemed just as shocked as I was. Then as he was still on the phone she walked past me and said your statement will be emailed to you! And she walked inside. Come to find out she charged me for a couple extra miles and blamed me for a huge dent that was on the side of the truck that was already there and documented before I rented the truck. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this place and I'll be very upset if Uhaul does NOTHING to rectify this! P.S. sorry for calling her crazy lady, but it's not like she was wearing a name tag or introduce herself to me! :(Chasity P.

As scheduled my rental for 8 o'clock in the morning. The only person who could do the rental for me was late; she got there at 8:30. Then she spent 30 minutes speaking to another customer and had me sitting on my thumbs waiting. Beyond that the rental was relatively painless once it actually got done. She was a nice lady but I was very disappointed with the service.John S.

When the U-Haul place I normally rent from on 7th Avenue called to change my location, I was fine with this, however, I said specifically that I must have a GMC pick-up, not a Dodge, because the GMC's have the foothold on the back bumper which I need to get in and out of the back of the pick-up. When I went to pick up my GMC pickup the day of the rental on 11/2/17 @ 10:30 am, I automatically got the dodge. The girl at the Conger street address was very nice, she called U-haul for help in changing the order to check out the GMC for me. She was on hold for 20-minutes+ with the U-haul corporation and finally she called the local regional person who answered the phone and helped her make the changes to the computer so I was able to check out the GMC. That is my only complaint. Someone shouldn't have to wait on hold for 20-minutes when the customer is in the store ready to pick up the vehicle.Lisa S.
