The workers were incredibly kind and hardworking, seemingly a bit understaffed for the amount of work it looks like they were doing. My frustration is not with them at all or the equipment, but rather the convoluted check in process. I selected check in in person rather then online, was routed to an online check in that constantly crashed and took forever routing me to agents that seemingly didn’t exist and didn’t continue the check in. I received a truck with the wrong odometer number in the app and tried to fix it, but the app crashed and wouldn’t let me. Then glitched to check out. If you provide technology to reduce costs of personnel labor, then the least you could do is make it so that your tech actually works.

Employee unlocked door for me so didn't see it til i returned vehicle. While locking the door the lock cylinder came completely out of door, looked like maybe someone had tried to break into it at some time.

Angela Mwas very happy with the truck and the individuals who rented me the equipment I was not at all happy with the computer aspect of the rental. When I returned the truck I was hit with a 5.00 fee for gas, even though I had just put 20.00 gas in it and had returned it with more gas than I had received. Five bucks is nothing, but when you rent truck that is advertised at 29.95 and end up paying over 173.00 it is upsetting.
