I would like to discuss my recent trip with U-haul. First of all, I reserved a 20â€ truck originally. And I have email confirmation says I can pick up the truck at Casey's Garage Monday at 10AM. However, when I get there, the owner told me there was no 20â€ truck which I believe this is the problem caused by either the U-haul company or the Casey's Garage. I tried to call your company that morning, but no one is answering. Your irresponsible behavior caused me to pay extra money and along with wasting of my time. I would like to have an explanation for why I cannot have my original reservation. Let me know how you guys want to solve this.Xing S.

You can refund me the fee for the terrible service I have received. This is not a bout the Casey's garage location. It's about 4417 Hollister street that let me down I was let down and No truck was bailable as reserved , I lost time and was overcharged for services I did not receive. I had to go to another location to get a truck I demand and adjustment and reimbursement of cnarges . I even called in today and the girl who answered the call couldn't care less to help me sort this matter. The worst experience I've had. A three hour rental turned to 2 days of phone calls about payment. Offered to just pay the bill 3 times, however, you guys needed to make it more of a hassle. Customer service was ill informed and overall not helpful.Ryan M.

Yesterday, U-haul wasted 6 hours of my night, and my two friends' nights as well as caused annoyances to 60 residents that include old people and a lady who just got out of the hospital. Long story short, the U-haul company gave me a GMC key and a Ford truck. I ordered a 10 foot truck and was given a 15 foot truck. I am not an expert in truck and no U-haul customer should be expected to know the details about a 10 or 15 foot truck. There was only one available truck at the pick up location, so I DEFINITELY did not pick up the wrong one by mistake. However they gave me the wrong key, probably the key of the 10 foot truck that was supposed to be given to me. We didn't realize they gave me the wrong truck and key... I was able to drive it from the U-haul station to my apartment with the WRONG KEY. How crazy is that? When I got tloaded everything and wanted to drive to my new apartment, the truck did not want to turn on. We kept trying to turn on the truck forever, we spent hours and hours on the phone with U-haul and roadside assistance. At the end, they realized I had the wrong key... They decided the truck needs to get towed. I unloaded everything AGAIN and put it all up in my apartment that is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Can you imagine all the pain for nothing??? And finally we had to wait until 1:30am to get the truck towed and they needed me to be there so I could not do anything last night and wasted time, energy and money. I even had to take an UBER to the U-haul pick up location since I left my car there.rita M.

Had some initial concerns with the drop off. Since I used the express method, I was expecting to checkout using my App but the agent told me that it was fine and that he would close it out. I was concerned because of damages that could happen afterward as I did not get a final release from him instead he said I would get an email. Apparently this happens frequently which is what the U-haul operator said to me over the phone. I did not want to leave without closing my reservationjeovanni R.

Extremely nice guy there, was probably the manager (not sure). I had zero damage, and returned truck with MORE THAN half gas (more than when I rented it), and my sons had cleaned the truck pretty thoroughly so it was CLEAN. Truck return due time was 11:00 A.M. (the check-out manager gave me an extra hour because of the long wait time at check out, even thought the preprinted paper said 10:00, he said 11:00). So I returned truck and dolly EARLY, with MORE GAS than due. Overall, I found the little wood dolly more useful than the utility dolly.Scott B.

I really appreciate being able to rent furniture pads and use them for a long distance move. In my case, I rented the pads in California and returned them in Maine. I used the ABF U-Pack service for the move, which saved me a lot of money over the full service movers. Not having to buy pads for the move and get rid of them afterwards also saved money. Thank you.
I travelled 8 miles, however on return I had to refuel the truck with 2.7 gallons of gas!!!! Seems like the tank was not full when the truck was rented or the truck had some technical issues. When I called the customer service they misbehaved with me!!Sourav M.

The front passenger-side tire was very underinflated (40PSI) and had a small leak in it. I'm not sure when that occurred, it might not be the fault of the pick up location. After inflating it properly the warning light on the dashboard didn't go away.Andre S.

I wanted extra pads and he said he didn't have any yet there were two large stacks of them in his shop. The truck was filthy. Windows were VERY dirty inside and out. It made for a driving hazard.
