I called at 3 o'clock to try to find out about the time that I needed to get the truck back because I didn't wanna pay for the extra day then when I called back they told me that I could just drop it off with no problems, I dropped it off at 6 o'clock and was charge $75 the next day. I wish she would've told me that I had to have it back in time instead of just telling me I could drop it off anytime that day, not the best communicationAngel M.

Jesse was so helpful, tried to do the online checkin and such. The internet was slow in the area. So when I went inside Jesse took care of everything!Stephanie F.
The vehicle was clean but didn't seem well maintained. Various times on the road the truck stalled and had to be restarted. Not very safe. Other than that the location was excellent along with the outstanding customer service. The uhaul app however did not perform at all. Probably not uhaul's fault but luckily the site was open so that I can gain access to the vehicle and check out through the manual process. I was not able to check the vehicle in since there was no data. Maybe offer a way to connecting to a U-Haul wifi would solve that issue.Dominic H.

Google Maps link in confirmation email took me to a parking lot next door to drop off Uhaul. It was dark and confusing. I was forced to stop and Google maps directly without the confirmation link to find the drop off location.ROBERT A.

I chose to order the truck on my phone and the site was so hard to navigate that I had to call for assistance and the lady from customer service was on the line with me for over an hour. Then when I went to drop it off that place wouldn't accept it and sent me to a different drop off point. Took 20 minutes for the drop offWilliam M.
Better communication: I wasn't informed that I had an email to confirm current damage before leaving the premises. And I wasn't informed that the business would be closed during my scheduled return window and that I would need to do an online return.Michelle U.

Make sure the truck does not need maintenance before renting it out. When customers don't speak Spanish please use English. Be a little more knowledgeable about equipment.SUSAN M.
