After over 100 miles, horrible vibration, pulled over, checked mounting, chains, tires, appeared ok. Another approximately 150 miles and vibration got worse to the point of almost uncontrollable bouncing and vibration. Pulled over in a remote gas station and checked vehicle wheel torque with new tires from Discount Tires, Torque was good on all four wheels. Checked torque on both the car dolly wheels, all ten lug nuts were just over finger tight. Tightened all 10 lug nuts with lug wrench from tool kit in chase vehicle. Vibration 90% gone. Trailer dolly was still hard to get to track behind pickup. Stopped again at a Loves truck stop to check, the chase vehicle driver said it looked like the dolly had too much negative camber on the right side and too much positive camber on the left side. The left tire is also lawfully worn out from mostly low air pressure. The strap ratchets were in need of lubrication, I could barely get them to release when getting the car off. I’ve been renting U-Haul vehicles and trailers for over 40 years. This is the first real serious issue I’ve had. If the wheel(s) had fallen off at the speed limits I was traveling from Arizona to Idaho, you can just imagine. I am a 50+ year Automotive/HD ASE and General Motors Master Technician still currently certified. I know what I’m talking about just about anything mechanical. This is inexcusable why Casa Grande U-Haul would allow this car dolly to be used. The stress this caused during this trip for me and the chase car driver. I’ve been a very good customer and I just don’t get it. Bob
