The lady was friendly, but the mileage was entered wrong on the contract so when we went to drop it off it showed we drove almost 800 miles when we only drove 250! So we got charged waaaay more for mileage then we were supposed to. We didn't get a chance to check the truck or anything before signing the papers so we couldn't do anything about it. I won't be using uhaul again!

Bob SArea of drop off not appealing when there is a brand new really nice location not much farther away - the biggest reason for the poor rating is that I am standing in a cold rain trying to get the App to allow me to complete the drop off and it would not work and I was especially annoyed that U-Haul was forcing me to use the app as the method for dropping off the vehicle. I wrote down the date time, mileage and noted gas level with a note regarding validity of my drop off. Neither previous review or this one asks about how the truck functioned during the trip which is a shortfall of your system. The truck was awful in that over three days it would sometimes bog down for no reason and other times it would run smoother and kind of speed up and the mileage was fluctuating accordingly - it was like it the engine was missing and then not missing. I powered through as we had to get to our destination and what was I going to do unload a truck that I paid movers to load and load it into another truck. Between my experience at the pick up location and the functioning of the vehicle I was a very dissastisfied customer.

Susanna PThere was really nothing wrong with the location except that the customer was required to stay in a separate room, while the U-Haul representative handed documents and conducted business through a window in an interior door. There was no explanation for this strange setup,(which seemed a little bizarre) and the amount of razor wire and fencing along with the down in the heels appearance made the experience negative.

Devin WThe location is fine. Uhaul's online checkin service though is one of the poorest written pieces of software I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Nothing seemed to work, from uploading pictures to pressing buttons. I had to switch between my laptop and my phone at various stages to get it to work, and the entire process took almost an hour. Calling the help line took 40 minutes to be connected, and the live chat took 30 minutes. The person in the live chat offered no help, and kept telling me that I needed to upload a physical copy of the drivers license and not a digital image! I still have no idea what that means. This checkin process makes me NEVER want to use Uhaul again and I will do everything in my power in the future to do so.
Aaron HShannon was very nice to deal with upon arrival and departure. The corporation could put a little in to remodeling the reception room. Wow! Pretty dusty and run down. But, beggars can't be choosy. I appreciate the service. The truck was great!

Adam NVery easy to drop off. The lady got my name and the trailer # and then told me where to drop it in the back of the storage units, popped open the security gate and I was able to easily drop in the back area and leave. Simple.
Andrea HThe app check-in process was super slow ---we wasted the first 20-30 minutes of our reservation just waiting to get approved. it was also inconvenient that we couldn't leave our other vehicle here while we used the truck.
Megan PI received an email for online check in, completed everything- hooked up the trailer and left. Then uhaul was blowing up my phone because I was supposed to sign something so I had to go back. The lady was very nice but I would definitely recommend changing your emails/systems to ensure the renter knows. Also the trailer was full of spider webs inside when I picked it up.

kathleen lWe did a 24/7 truck share since the location wasn't open Sundays. Be aware that you need to arrive right on time to start the pickup process. We were late to pick up and the order was cancelled when we arrived, but Uhaul representatives over the phone were very friendly and helpful in changing our pickup time and getting us on the road. The self check-in and return were easy once we got our reservation worked out.

benjamin oThe ramp was covered in mud and I had to clean it when I got to my house. There was a pool of nasty brown water in the moms attic I had to clean up with a towel then throw the towel away. The cargo area of the truck reeked of cigarette smoke, I had to air it out before I loaded any of my belongings.
