WILLIAM RThe lady was friendly, but the mileage was entered wrong on the contract so when we went to drop it off it showed we drove almost 800 miles when we only drove 250! So we got charged waaaay more for mileage then we were supposed to. We didn't get a chance to check the truck or anything before signing the papers so we couldn't do anything about it. I won't be using uhaul again!
