The lockbox code was wrong. It took me 40 minutes to get the number right. Please go over the code yourself before you put it in the lockbox.

QIUSHUI COne issue…there is a faulty sensor on the vehicle I used. It thought there was no air in the front left tire….and the yellow light came on all the time. I checked the pressure and so I was not bothered. But someone else might be bothered by that

Edwar BA little difficult to find this location (Waze and Google Maps had me drive past it) but otherwise the drop off was flawless. Service desk attendant was very professional and efficient. No issues whatsoever with drop off process. Only 'issue' was that this location does not allow you to 'sell back' boxes or other supplies. If you want to return any unused boxes you are directed to a different 'full service' U-Haul location.
DONALD RLamento decirle que nunca había recibido un servicio tan malo,yo alquilé un camión por dos horas el miércoles 23 /10/24 a las 3:53pm y los devolví el mismo día ,solo dure con el equipo una hora y nueve minutos y todavía el domingo me están haciendo transacciones en mi tarjeta de crédito 👉$ 74.04 +$43.36 + $ 30.58, +$27.86 solo espero que retiren esos cargos antes del 30 porque mi tarjeta corta los treinta de cada mes y mi score se verá afectado.

ERIC HI rent a U-Haul from this location, the car was breakdown. I missed to involve in accident 3 times in about 30 minutes driving. I'm pressed the brakes and the car keep moving ,crossing the intersection. Was a very bad experience for me that cause my blood pressure goes up. Thanks God, I’m alive. They need to care more about safety of the clients instead only the money.
ELIE DAn affiliate to the Lot told us where we can park at this Location then I was fenced & locked in the Lot with zero notice! Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Lock box is in an inconvenient spot as well.

Kendal cPolite, totally competent service in an easy to navigate location.
Peter DI dealt with a professional and polite person during checkin and another during checkout. Both ladies were easy to talk with and answered all my questions. I noticed the left fender and forward floor board were both damaged. The first person went over the damage and the X's that show that they already now about it. She helped me attach it and even went over the lights, to make sure they work. This was my first time renting from U-Haul and I would not hesitate to come back.

Luis HWe had a great experience renting a cargo van from this UHaul store. The woman behind the counter was very professional, and friendly. She told us exactly what to expect for the rental fee, and she was very efficient in telling us what we needed to do. We were in and out of the store with the cargo van within minutes. The return process was also very easy. We will definitely rent from this UHaul location in the future.

William DThe van was new but clearly hadn't been cleaned. I was charged more than my receipt showed I should have been. My son forgot his wallet in the van. It was clearly visible on the front seat so if someone had gone into the van after we left, they should have seen it but didn't. My card was charged $10 more than my receipt showed and gas was charged far more than was used

Eduardo PThe van new and clean. :) The agent was very helpful. Was glad she was there to help. No one answered the phone when I called. Just got an answering machine. The app was pretty slow and tedious, with all of the required photos. It really struggled with my driver's license.
