Awesome place to use when your not trying to go into the middle of the city. Woman behind the counter is super friendly and accommodating. I would use this uhaul over other local ones any day of the week. They are much better than the other uhauls in the area

Have me a uhaul with flat tire and couldn’t use then closed their office 3 minutes after I picked it up. I had to wait for two hours for a tow truck in the heat of a parking lot pregnant and unable to drive because I was in a bad part of town and if I unhitched the trailer I risked it being stolen.
Danielle HJust make sure that you return your uhaul during business hours and/or make sure the person that is with you dropping off the uhaul stays outside of the gate. We returned it after business hours and we went to take pictures of the truck and they closed the gate on us and we were locked in the place. We had to call 911 and the police officer called the fire department and they were able to get a hold of the lady that was in charge of the place and she came and unlocked the gate. We were very thankful that she came to open the gate. Also, we left an EZ pass in the truck and called her two days later and left a message and she called me right back to let me know that it was safe with her. Thanks for all your help.
Maria MWould like to recognize Kristen for her courtesy and professionalism assisting me with reserving a truck, She even offered to come early when I told her I had to have the truck promptly at 8 am. She followed thru on her promise and completed the rental agreement quickly so I could be on my way. She was very acommodating.and helpful. As asset o the company.Thank you Kristen!
