Just make sure that you return your uhaul during business hours and/or make sure the person that is with you dropping off the uhaul stays outside of the gate. We returned it after business hours and we went to take pictures of the truck and they closed the gate on us and we were locked in the place. We had to call 911 and the police officer called the fire department and they were able to get a hold of the lady that was in charge of the place and she came and unlocked the gate. We were very thankful that she came to open the gate. Also, we left an EZ pass in the truck and called her two days later and left a message and she called me right back to let me know that it was safe with her. Thanks for all your help.
