I drove 20 miles and got charged for 4 gallons of gas. Unless you are implying that the pickup truck consumes 5 miles to the gallon, you are effectively stealing 2-3 gallons of gas from me. Good overall service, but charging that amount of fuel for 20 miles is none sense.

One tire had a chunk missing - the solution was to give me a post it note with the 800 number to road side assistant. The headlights were awful - I would have been better off with a flashlight .. with 169k miles it is probably time to retire this vehicle before someone gets hurt.

I had arrange for 24/7 pick up so I could get the truck at 7:30 am instead of 8, when the place opened. I even called a few days beforehand to make sure I was following the process correctly. However, when I arrived and tried to check in online, I got a message saying that my pick up could only happen at 8 when the office opened. So I had to sit there and be late for my work. I was never given a reason for why it was handled incorrectly or an apology (although the young woman who took care of me did apologize for the issue. She seemed unaware that there were any early pick-ups scheduled).

Everything about this experience was terrible. I gad reserved a truck at a location close to me and the night before I was to pick it up I recieved a notification that they had changed the pick up location to a place more than 30 miles from my house. When I arrived to pick up the truck it took over 30 mins due to glitches with their app. The truck was almost on emoty and did not have the dolly and furniture paxs I had requested and paid for in it. When I returned the truck they tried to accuse me of damaging the inside roof of the truck despute the fact that I didnt have anything in the truck tall enough.to have git the roof. The customer service I recieved at the drip off location sfter already encountering all of these issues was not great, time consuming abd accusatory. Will not use again.

Don't tell customers that a Uhaul is available if it's not. Don't move their location without coordinating with them. Don't change the elements of the booking a asecond, third, forth or 5th time. It shouldn't require a call 3 days before to ensure a booking made weeks ago is honored at a totally different location requiring a call to the regional manager to find out what's going on. Don't have the regional manager spinzone it that your awful system is based around “family needs”. Certainly don't be offering the Uhaul I booked weeks in advance to another person as I walk in the door 20 minutes early to the reservation. I couldn't be less thrilled with my Uhaul experience. Consistently waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out to tel me I was on punk'd because of how preposterous your system is. I get busy. I don't get so busy I have to be moved from queue to queue to queue to queue only to be stuck footing the bill for how far I have to drive the damn Uhaul as bonus to be getting sent almost a full state away. People were nice I that I dealt with, I'll give them that, but fix your damn company systems and prioritization of customers because at the moment it's laughable.

We were unable to pick up the truck using the mobile pick up. When we clicked pick up truck, it directed us to wait until the location opened at 8:00. Having a number to call when this happens would have saved some frustration.

What a great experience! Great customer service, friendly and professional. My truck was ready and waiting for me and greeted with a smile when I returned. Couldn't get over how simple the process was and how helpful and pleasant their staff was.

Exceptional service. Cam went out of his way to ensure that we received our trailer after hours. Cam recognized that our vehicle had electrical issues and could not be hooked up - he suggested locations for our car to be repaired; offered to keep his rental location open past closing hours; and when our vehicle was finally fixed, Cam came back to the rental location hours after the official closing hours, allowing us to install and pick up the trailer. This service is rare and remarkable and i hope UHaul recognizes such exceptional and dedicated service.

When your agency decides to change pickup location, please share new sites hours. This creates problems with pick up. Because site was closed when arrive and could not get self pick up to work. Staff had to come back afterhouts to help. Also changed site increased my mileage usage.

Location does not offer supplies, which I needed and would have bought. Location needs signage so it's easier to find. Improve check-out tool as I had to input info 3x because the server was overloaded.

I did not like that the representative did not tell me about that I needed to read an e-mail that was sent after I picked up the vehicle on how to fill the rental truck's gas tank prior to return. The gas at vehicle pickup indicated that the tank was 3/4 full. I returned the vehicle's tank 100% full. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth that I was misled -- and am told by the UHaul representative at drop-off that it was my fault that I did not read the instructions on how much gas to pump prior to vehicle drop-off.

I was no pleased that I reserved a trailer to ensure I wasn't going to spend a fortunate. I put all my information on the website and went to the specific location because their was a compatible trailer for my car. Then I had to wait to get registered to then be told that my vehicle is not compatible. With time restrain because of the multiple steps taken. I had no choice but to rent a van. To then see you guys charge me more money without giving me back the trailer charged. Not acceptable UHAUL!
