The cost per mile is excessive. It was $202 for a round trip of approximately 150 miles. I can rent a car for almost a week with unlimited mileage for not much more than that.

CLAUDE LAssociate tacked on additional insurance that I declined without saying anything to me. I had to be on a 15 minute phone call after I noticed it on my receipt after I returned my rented equipment. I’m not very happy about this and will let everyone I know that they need to double and triple check their receipt from this location moving forward.

Richard WI was over charged on insurance and miles. I didn't drive the estimated mileage yet I was charged for the estimated amount. I didn't want the safe drivenut I was also charged for that. I filled my information and reservation online.
KATHERINE CThe wiper blades on the truck desperately needs replaced. When it started raining it didn't allow me a clear vision to see. It caused big water streaks all the way across the windshield, so I had to go much slower than predicted for my safety. Other than the wiper blades, the truck ran well and was cleaning adequately before returned back to the shop location.

LARRY KThey knew what I was going to load on the car dolly. Had the dolly for about an hour to find my vehicle would not fit on it. They would not allow me to trade up to the trailer nor would give me a refund.

ANGELA JWas charged for insurance when I said I didn't want it. Also as the guy was opening the driver's door for me, the lock cylinder fell out of the door. Truck was making a lot of mechanical issues.

BRADLEY HLeft turn signal did not work. Trailer had peeling paint/wrapping. I needed this rental for one additional day and was charged an additional $57. Very sketchy location and service. I would not want my name associated with Castle pawn shop.
