I rented the truck on Friday for 48 hours return it on Saturday less than 24 hours and it was a struggle to get my one day refund. I did get it but I felt like the service was very rude and difficult and I don't think it should've been difficult. Was treated very disrespectful. Very dissapointed
CONNIE M.I was in a bind and a time crunch and for less money than I expected I was able to relocate my property. With a phone call and card on file I was able to reserve my uhaul truck and spend what time I still had to focus on other things. The truck itself was modern, clean, labeled instruments and driver controls and safety information all well done and easy to interpret. Entire process was simple and stress free which was very much appreciated.
