My problem is I scheduled this on line for pick up and delivery at a Muncie location and the online booking changed it to New Castle and the person at the Nee Castle location said that’s common. I know the location I chose, not happy about that U Haul

JANET CWasn't happy the the location I booked the rental got changed. That cost me extra money for the extra miles. Further more I did not receive a phone call to confirm the change. The new location worked just not happy I couldn't go where I originally booked the truck.
