Well I showed up for my reservation and the truck was cover in snow and ice, and was not pulled up front like the app said it would be. The employees didn't even offer to clean the truck off or pull it up front, all they said was â€œwe have a broom you can useâ€. So I had to climb up on an ice covered truck to clean it off with my own ice scraper. It took me 30 minutes to actually get on the road. Then after all that the employees tell me they don't have any furniture blankets, which of course I already paid for. What a way to do business!!Jeanne R.

The online check out and check in process is a huge pain in the butt. I recommend having Wi-Fi at the location for people to use so they don't have to deal with a crummy network in addition to a crummy online check out and check in process. Please. Bright spot of the day - the office was open at 3 pm ish and the people who were there were awesome! They helped me check in my truck. Thank you.Andrew P.

The inside of the windshield was filthy. Unfortunately, it wasn't discovered until the next morning while driving directly into the sun for a couple of hours with nothing to use to clean it. This was almost a dangerous situation.RAND R.

This was the most comfortable UHaul truck that I have EVER rented. When I came to reserve and drop off, the owners were there. I did also have encounters with the Manager and Relief Managers. The staff here is top notch. I appreciate them.AEVYN P.

I think you guys try to rip off the customer. I did fill up the gas before I returned the truck but they said I didn't so they still charging me for the gas that's ridiculous ðŸ˜’. They should check the truck when the return it otherwise.TRI P.
The only issue was with the online reservation system. I selected a 2:30 pickup time and it defaulted to 9am. I had to call the location and they fixed it.WAYNE K.

Overall attitude of this dealer. Promote themselves as a UHaul dealer but when there's a problem, they take no responsibility and blame it on UHaul. Would advise UHaul to go on line and view all the complaints. There's a condescending attitude and rudeness with this dealer. Will not refer anyone or deal with them again.THOMAS G.

The 15 foot truck had a yellow engine waring light. It worked fine for my short move but caused me to worry. Drop-off online instructions were confusing... all I really had to do was park and drop the key in the after hours drop box.THOMAS B.
I would have rated this place excellent but the charged me for 2 gallon of gas for $10. I know that tank was full I filled it at the gas station a block away before I dropped it off. When I called to ask why I was charged I heard nothing. This place is robbing people and I will never do business with them again and will make sure to tell everybody I can to be careful of this crooks!!!LAMONT D.
