i guess i would except everyone i know lives in denver. that was the only problem i had. no trucks available near me so i had to go to castle rock. otherwise it was really easy and a nice facility and easy to get to from the freeway.MOLLIE F.

The location was very helpful, the uhaul website was awful, they gave my 24/7 rental away, had the people who ran the facility not lived on site and came and opened up on day off for me, I would not have had a rental for the day. The website would not let me return the truck either. Uhaul website needs alot of work, the folks at the location were excellent to work with.JEFFREY C.

So, the bad part of my experience had nothing to do with the location. The workers at the actual location were amazing. However, uhaul scheduling messed up my whole entire order. They changed the location and the truck size without asking, causing me to get my truck hours later because I didn't know it was messed up until the night before. I already called and complained and have still gotten NO response from a manager. Beyond disappointed and mad that I paid over 200 dollars for this.Ashley M.

Great experience from the call in to set it pick up within a few hours same day. Then was able to drop off before they closed. Very friendly crew and made the whole rental perfect. We were given a truck that immediately the next day the engine light went on and there was a smell of gas. We called the rental place and he was rude telling us we must call the roadside service caue he only rents trucks- we had been on hold for the road side and hr and disconnected twice. Only to find out after the serv man came that it was the gas cap. When we called the return service when we arrived at our Destin we were told this truck had the engine light on since Feb and it had not been taken care of.the service man told us that cap MUST be changed so how many rental places just ignored the light and didn't care if the renter would sit by the road side scared and afraid to drive when they should have DONE THEIR JOB.THIS I GIVE A FAILING GRADE WITH NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER.ARTHUR R.

The woman who spoke to my husband when he went in to get our van was extremely rude. We had spoken on the phone earlier when she called to tell me the truck I originally rented would be unavailable and she'd have to move my reservation to the next morning. I asked if anything else was available and she said the van was. I specifically asked if I could pick it up earlier than our 6:30 reservation time and she said "come by whenever, it'll be here." So we show up at 5:30 and she is rude and abrasive to my husband saying we showed up early and that it wasn't okay. Then, she comments on my husband who is wearing a mask saying "And douglas county doesnt require masks anymore, just so you know." Like... who cares? We aren't commenting on the fact that you aren't wearing masks, so why are you commenting on the fact that we ARE wearing them? Who is it harming and how is that even necessary? Apparently there was another male employee who was trying to calm her down, but overall I'm super disappointed and upset over how my husband was treated. This place needs better customer service.Sarah B.

Website online pickup didn't work (issues with location permissions even though they were turned on). Had to download app but that worked fine. Unclear whether or not the parking is available to leave your vehicle while using the U-Haul.Gary L.
