Dropped the trailer off in a convenient location. Was told I had to move it to a different location between a truck and a large metal garbage bin where there wasn't room. I told the employee there wasn't enough room for it to fit but he assured me there was. I suggested he should move it not me as I am the customer. He would not. I picked up the trailer by hand and tried to put it where he wanted. It did not fit. He told me to put it back where I initially dropped it off. I picked it up by hand and put it back there. I feel the worker should have looked after placing the trailer where he wanted it instead of having a customer do it. VERY dissatisfied at how I was treated at this location. Poor experience with both U-Haul locations yesterday and will avoid them both all cost in the future.

The man working in the store gave my wife a hard time about returning the truck. as soon as he saw me everything was good to go and we were fine. also i put fuel in the truck since there was not enough fuel to get to my destination and was still charged for fuel. that’s bull
Tyler WI was however charged for blankets and hand cart that I didn’t want or even get. Not clear if I was charged for gas but I returned it with more then I was given.
CHRISTOPHERJ CI was charged incorrectly for both mileage and gas even after owner confirmed that they adjusted the mileage to reflect the true amount. I will not be using this location again.
