Have trucks where you go to rent them and not wait till the last minute to tell the customer they have to go to a different location to get a truck.

We had to dig out and clean off the truck from the snow. The cab smelled so strong of weed it was ridiculous and had trash left in it from the previous renter. The back had been left partially open and had trash left in it as well. When I went to remove the trash, a pillow case with bottles and other items in it, I ended up with a chemical Burn from the contents of the pillow case which had me at the emergency room. I call in and got a return call being met with a rude toned “I don’t know what you want me to do.” Anthony said he could give me a partial refund and I asked ok so where do I send my emergency room bill? With no response I said or do I need to get an attorney. That emergency room bill will cost me much more than the truck rental did! I will never rent from usual again nor will my family. I will make sure to share my experience to my Social Media as well. If I could give negative stats I absolutely would!!! Penske or budget will get all of our business going forward and I would encourage you to do the same!
Kimberly NThis was a location we did NOT Pick - it was a call we received the day before our pickup. Our order was made several months ahead of the move. I suggest your company work to make items online real time trucks found - this would solve your issues. People at the location are amazing and great. The Truck however not so much- we thought we would get a non smoking truck - it was obvious a smoking truck. Second we had requested blankets and extras - there was nothing at this location. Miles were added and time which was not part of the move plan, so this time the experience for us was bad. We are loyal customers now we might try another company to compare.
