This was a location we did NOT Pick - it was a call we received the day before our pickup. Our order was made several months ahead of the move. I suggest your company work to make items online real time trucks found - this would solve your issues. People at the location are amazing and great. The Truck however not so much- we thought we would get a non smoking truck - it was obvious a smoking truck. Second we had requested blankets and extras - there was nothing at this location. Miles were added and time which was not part of the move plan, so this time the experience for us was bad. We are loyal customers now we might try another company to compare.
