The business was not open to receive the truck. When we called the number for the business, I was sent yo voicemail telling me to leave a message and they would get back with me. They never did. We didn't see the key drop box so we chose to take the truck back home with us and try the next day rath When we called the next day we spoke with an answering service in a different county and were told where the drop box was. We returned the truck, but the business was still closed.

It was not opened had to wait 30 minutes no one there I had to call 800 number told me field manager be there shortly. Waited 20 more minutes had to call 800 number again and went to location above. They were great but not happy about having to go to another location

victoria oThe staff was not trained on how to check out or check in equipment. It took 40 minutes to get the trailer. I had to use my own phone to do their end of the paperwork and take multiple pictures of my ID even though I had done all the pre-check in stuff online. Then I found out a week later they never checked in the equipment when I returned it that afternoon so I was racking up rental charges for a trailer I didn't have! Thankfully, someone from uhaul corporate called the check in on me and my "late rental" and quickly checked it in and fixed the paperwork to reflect when I really returned the trailer.
Anita KOrdered and confirmed 3 dozen blankets.....not there. Truck was filthy inside and out. Swept up over two dozen nails out if the box. Paperwork showed returned with a half tank of gas but we took a photo at just a quarter tank. Had to run to 3 locations to find blankets and ended up with 9 Staff was corteous and professional but was very dissapointed in the truck.
