The business was not open to receive the truck. When we called the number for the business, I was sent yo voicemail telling me to leave a message and they would get back with me. They never did. We didn't see the key drop box so we chose to take the truck back home with us and try the next day rath When we called the next day we spoke with an answering service in a different county and were told where the drop box was. We returned the truck, but the business was still closed.

Aaron GI was inconvienaced and disapointed that my reservation the location i went to. It was not opened had to wait 30 minutes no one there I had to call 800 number told me field manager be there shortly. Waited 20 more minutes had to call 800 number again and went to location above. They were great but not happy about having to go to another location
