WALTER BEveryone at this location was very nice. Even though they didn't have a part and I had to wait they went out of their way to help.
JOHN ATruck was ready to go . We did our inspection found nothing wrong. They had all the paperwork in order, very pleased with the results, would recommend to to family and friends.
EDWARD JCDS was the only U-Haul dealer answered the phone immediately, and everytime we called for assistance they were very helpful. I certainly recommend this place!

Chad WNot necessarily the location's fault, but I would have preferred dropping off at U-Haul location and not 3rd party. Also, the app takes forever to process return photos and should be fixed to expedite the return process.

Roger DWhat ever you do DON’T opt for pick up through APP. It was HELL! Had to call in 6 times took 1.15 hrs yes I said HOURS to “check in.” I read this else where in reviews and just assumed the person was an idiot. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! Once I was finally through the absurd check in on rhe app I managed to get code to lock box and the lock box was broke. 20 min in pouring rain with movers waiting at my house fiddling with a broken lock box. Finally by a Miracle the thing popped open. Too bad at this point I was always already an hour and a half late for my own move! The return process was another shit show with the app warning If I didn’t return by a certain time I would be charged extra. Id only had the van at the point 2.5 hrs of the 4 hrs reserved. Had to call in again to be told app is not correct. Wow wow wow. How pathetic. U-haul- I would like a refund. You made my day HELL.

Gabriel TTook me over an hour to just get the keys because tour uhaul system is far less than adequate. I also was also hung up on by one of the uhal customer service reps. I called as to why I need to wait an hour to get the keys if I have a reservation....you need a better system it's horrible! Never again will I rent a uhaul!
Mark SPicking up via the web was fairly easy. The truck was parked incredibly tightly between two other vehicles. It would have been easy to damage all of of them if not careful. The location is in a secluded area and could be a bit sketchy over the weekend with the business closed.

JANANNE CIt was difficult to find because it’s in the back of a large lot with lots of different commercial vehicles and boats. It was not open so I don’t know what the employees were like and I don’t know how inviting the location is

Salvador NThis was a Sunday drop-off. The location was easy to find, had a large area with ample parking, and had a clearly marked key drop with instructions for leaving the rental.

Helen LThis is really a repair shop with Uhaul on the side. Hard to find from the road, as it is behind the buildings that have highway frontage. Very small sign on the roadway. Waiting area was not really inviting.
