Since 2015 I've dealt with the Store and Lock/Uhaul in Celina Ohio..Jessica is an amazing customer service representative.. She's very professional, and very personable..If you have any issues, she immediately resolves them.. The owner operators of that facility maintain the best of the best !!

In my experiences with U-haul, I found this location to be the best experience of all times because of the great customer service and the ease with which I was able to rent a truck. Renting a uhaul out of office hours, is an experience. Every step online, is required I understand, but the app is slow, cumbersome, and if there is little to no phone service, it's not going to happen. Overall, uhaul gets the job done, during business hours. Online is an experience.

I did not appreciate being charged the exact same price for the old clunker I drove ( with no way to plug my phone in) and a brand new rig…and the fact that had I gotten into an accident I would be charged $35,000 even tho the rig I received was on it’s last leg. I really liked the woman tho who waited on me…she seemed very customer friendly and personable.

The facility provided for all of my storage needs for more than 5 yrs. I never had any issue, ie: billing, access, or safety of items stored. The facility is run very well.

It doesn’t matter if you’re coming, going, or haven’t figured it out yet, the store-n-lock is the place to go. They’ve got super convenient hours, rentals, and the storage unit was very clean and well maintained. The staff is as friendly as your favorite grandparent is on your birthday. 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Jessica was amazing and super helpful. The corporate office however was NOT. They extended the rental agreement for another customer which left us without a truck. After we had already driven two hours from out of town to get the truck, we ended delayed for 5 hours and then had to drive almost an hour to get a truck 45 miles away. We were very disappointed with the corporate offices of uhaul.

Customer service at this location was great! I forgot to rent a dolly when I made my reservation, and picked up my truck after the office had closed. (Love mobile pickup!) The next morning, I called to see if I could get a dolly added to my reservation and the woman helping me was so nice and got my reservation updated very quickly. I was able to pick up my equipment about 10 minutes later, which kept us on our moving timeline. Big thanks to such a kind and helpful staff!

The vehicle was clean and operated smoothly. However, the air conditioner needs to be serviced. While it provided some cool air, it was by no means operating correctly for our 90 degree round trip drive to Bowling Green State University. During both check-in and check out...the service and friendly attitude of Jessica was oustanding and you just don't see a lot of that anymore. She is an asset to U-Hall.

I hear the parking lot will be paved which should eliminate the gravel dust. each time I visited my car had to be washed and also cleaned inside from the gravel dust. each unit’s door is covered in spider webs which means there are lots of spiders that get into the stored items and carried home. I had some in my car from transporting. Something should be done to mitigate the spiders.

Had unit for 5.5 years. Was satisfactory and clean except for mice. There were mouse droppings all over my stuff when moving out and two dead mice in the unit that I found. Fortunately, so far, they did not get into too much stuff. Definitely in some boxes and mouse urine on many boxes and cloth covers over furniture. Please do more to get rid of the mice. Decon works great and I should have used some in the unit and so should you, the storage owners.

I showed up to get my unit on the day of my reservation. There wasn't any available. I don't recommend reserving online. It was not fault of Celina Store N Lock. They were very nice and helpful.
