I wanted a local rental in St. Marys, but I was told there wasn't a local return option, so I had to rent it as a one-way to Celina. The sign advertises $19.95 for a local truck, but I wasn't given that option. Can you review my rental and see if an adjustment is appropriate?

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnline, the interior measurements suck. You should make it clear that the interior length includes the mom’s attic. I had a 20’ truck reserved and when I saw it I said no way is that big enough, even after the guy on the phone guaranteed me it would be after I told him what I was moving. Luckily the super nice lady had a 26’ truck available for a 5 day one way move.

Romana KOwner reported gas too high. Reported fuel was above 3/4 and the tank was well below 3/4 when I took a picture of the gage so I had to fill it more than I should’ve. Uhauls should be rented out with a full tank to prevent issues like this. The steering wheel was also disgustingly sticky
