There was no one at the store when I arrived for pick up. Bo one answered the phone number I had been given and there were no instructions for what to do in their absence. I figured it out with the aid of a phone agent, but it was not an easy process and delayed our departure several hours.
Elizabeth GFirst there was a car blocking the van and I had to ask the guy inside to move. The 24/7 app check in process did not run smoothly and I was not given the code for the lock box. I asked the guy who worked inside how to get the van and he said he couldn't help me and to call customer service. The agent on the phone was nice and very helpful but somehow the guy inside had accidentally canceled my checkin when I he looked it up after I said I wasn't given the lock box code. The phone agent was able to fix the reservation. Then I was scared to return to van late at night as it seemed a homeless person was living in the narrow dark alley where the lock box was located.
