Fast and streamlined rental process.
Selena CThe truck I used whoever the ‘Customer was before me left some kind of oily spill in the back of the truck, it got on the bottom of our shoes and the first items we put on the truck, we had to move the stuff and put something down on the floor before filling the truck. I took photos at that time but couldn’t upload them at the end, they are timed stamped to send. Thank you
Alice AThis was my first Bad experience with U-haul, I usually use our local dealer, great service. This time I called your National number to reserve at a location near my daughter's house to move to Coshocton. I gave destinations and asked for a total price. The truck was driven only to the destination, then to drop off, then I was charged for Xtra mileage, when I tried to dispute this, I got where with the people I talked to, they didn't seem to care, strongly disappointed.

Shawn KNo designated area to park the car. They said 24 hour drop offs but there was no key drop box clearly outlined. Had to call U-Haul who then confirmed that I need to put it in their mail slot but signage would’ve made this experience much easier.
Karan PYou need to improve the UHaul app for self check in. I had problems getting the app to accept my driver license picture. Also, I wanted to rent an appliance dolly, but that was not available on the app as something that I could reserve.

BRYAN RHonestly was the worst experience all around. Was supposed to pick up truck in Elyria at 8am but store never opened until 915. After an hour of waiting though I contacted CS who switched truck to different location. When I arrived I found out the CSR made my pickup for 945 so I once again had to call cs for help. 2nd location was get to go after cs hiccup. Would use that location again.

russell vThe equipment wasn’t filthy, but it was not “clean” in the cab. Not bad for a rental truck I guess. The lock on the box to get the key out did not open well at all. Had to call and all they did was tell us to try what we already did. After resetting the code several time, pulling and banging on the lock, it finally opened. All the steps you have to go through to pickup and dropping the truck with the photos and everything are very cumbersome. I will not use that process again. It was 30 minutes into my rental window before we were able to leave the parking lot.

Thomas EI spoke to angie over the phone at the call center she never told me there was a 60 dollar hold just renting a dolly and seemed like she was in a rush didnt care what i had to say as long as she had the reservation. When we got to the location in North Ridgeville Barbara was a doll and helped us through everything and explained everything. Barbara made this experiance great.... ??

Sarah GPay attention to what your customer orders. Especially on a Sunday when your storage facility will be closed. I paid for a dolly but there was no dolly in my truck. Instead there were furniture pads I didn't ask for or need. It made my move more difficult.
