First, the mobile app remains unbearable. Always locking up, always taking forever to load. Just logging into my account is difficult. Mobile checkout took 30 minutes with a call to customer service in there as well. Eventually an employee of the storage location showed up to help. Second, I ordered a dolly and blankets both of which I did not receive. Although I was never charged for them, this defeats the purpose of even ordering them. Third, I passed 2 U-HAUL locations on the way to my drop off location. This made my overall trip longer and doesn’t make sense. Despite the negative aspects, the truck was clean, ran well, call wait times were low, and drop off went smoothly.

This was not the preferred pick up location I choose, this one was 3 cities away and caused major chaos trying to get someone to take me there. I chose the preferred location for a reason as I did not have a vehicle to take me anywhere at that time since I flew into town. I had to beg a neighbor to take the morning off work to drive me 30 miles away to pick up this absolute garbage of a UHaul vehicle. The person who contacted me from UHaul was extremely rude telling me to just Uber there. I don't use rideshare for my own safety.
Rose KI never met anyone at the drop off site but was graciously given some extra time to complete the unloading process.
Bob MI ordered two dollies there was only one, and the inside of the truck was dirty nobody swept it out prior to my picking it up.
Debora CI had two different U-Haul places recommended me a 15 foot trunk to haul a two bedroom apartment. Keep in mind that the apartment was lightly furnished. It was with great difficulties. We loaded the truck in the room and had to leave a recliner and a sofa behind. I would recommend a two bedroom apartment from now on the recommended to use a larger truck at 15 feet. Also, I did not have a washer and dryer.
