No designated area to park the car. They said 24 hour drop offs but there was no key drop box clearly outlined. Had to call U-Haul who then confirmed that I need to put it in their mail slot but signage would've made this experience much easier.

You need to improve the UHaul app for self check in. I had problems getting the app to accept my driver license picture. Also, I wanted to rent an appliance dolly, but that was not available on the app as something that I could reserve.
