When I returned it and got a statement of what I was charged, it was 10 miles over what I actually used. I took a picture of the odometer and the exterior of the U-Haul when I returned it. I replied to the email of the statement with this information and haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully they will make this right. This is the second time this month that I used U-Haul and and I planned on using it a few more times to finish my move.
