I stored the entire contents of my home here for almost 3 years in a climate controlled unit. I couldn't be more pleased as everything stored looked exactly like when we originally put it in the storage unit. I would definately use this facility again! Staff there also very professional and friendly.

It can be a bit hard to find since its not on a main road but they proceeded my late night return very quickly the next morning. I appreciate there efforts

I definitely would NOT recommend this facility to ANY friends of mine They are Very rude...Very sarcastic Very Uncaring Very heartless Actually They will NOT try to work with you when situations occur that are out of your control just Uncaring and we'll just Auction😔😥 your STUFF OFF and BE Rude about IT at the Same time.... You know who you are.... I must have had every intention of Trying to keeping THE UNIT after I HAD ALREADY spent Almost $6000 on IT so far... but again THEIR HEARTLESS With NO! compassion I'M BEYOND Hurt Whoever reads this have a BLESSED DAY STAY SAFE😷

The experience was super easy! Pick up was exceptional and we were able to drop off the trailer at midnight when the job was done which was great because of our work schedules. This location and the trailer was very good except that the location was 30+ miles from my house. But I was glad to get the trailer since the prior trailer I can rented from the Annapolis dealer ended up with a broken axil.

We couldn't ask for better, friendlier service!. We dealt with two employees in Centreville, and they treated us not only like valued customers, but friends...and we had just met them. They were helpful and efficient. This was a local move for us, and we have more moving to do soon, we will definitely be return customers.

This is the second time I have used Centreville Self storage. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The area is fully secured making it accessible at all hours which made it more convenient. Prices are fair. I always recommend to anyone who needs storage.

I reserved this location online for my drop off, and when I arrived, the manager told me brusquely that the online reservation was wrong, that they were not accepting drop offs, and that I had to go somewhere else. Moving is already stressful, and the manager here made my day more stressful.

I live in the Annapolis area and needed storage for my travel trailer. Everywhere I looked in Annapolis the price was ridiculous per month. When I expanded my search I found Centreville Self Storage and I’m glad I did. Their pricing was very fair, access into and out of the facility was good, and my spot was big and easy to back my trailer into. I felt good leaving it there because of their security and that the staff was keeping an eye on things all the time. I would recommend Centreville Self Storage to anyone on the Eastern Shore or willing to make the drive from the Annapolis area.

Small location but nice people and easy to pull truck in. I also left my house key on the truck key chain and they got it for me and put it outside in an envelope for me to pick up after hours. It was completely my mistake and they went out of their way to help.

Rented a car hauler trailer: the lights did not work and there was a slow leak in the tire. We (the renter) had to splice the wiring to get the lights to work. Once we removed the NAIL from the tire and purchased some tire plug spray, we got the tire pressure back up. We only had to stop every 50 miles or so to check that the fix worked.

Centreville Self-Storage and U-Haul offers exceptional customer service. Their trailers are very clean in the inside and the outside, and the tires look new. The staff are very courteous on the phone and in person. Our family would certainly use their fleet of U-Haul trucks and trailers on another move.... but we hope we won't be moving again anytime soon!

spent many hours on the phone trying to get my reservation in the system. Then spent another hour on the phone with four different representatives the morning I was to pick up the vehicle because your mobile application indicated I did not have a reservation. I brought the truck home late only to discover I was not provided the dolly that I requested and paid for in advance. I was told on the phone that I had to call UHaul again, after my trip was completed, to be credited back for the $10 dolly rental and decided it was not worth my time. The truck itself was in excellent shape and worked perfectly but based on my overall experience I would not use UHaul again. Please note that I did not pickup the truck from the Grasonville, MD location. It was located in Centreville, MD which was 15 more miles away from our home.

Eliminate the automated return application. I have a great relationship with the people at this location, but will never use U-Haul again thanks to that ridiculous application. It normally takes me 5 minutes to return a trailer after hours. Last night after I had parked and unhooked the trailer I wasted 15 minutes answering questions, uploading pictures, and generally wasting time in order to avoid a $20 penalty charge for not doing so. Congratulations; you have succeeded in losing a 40 year customer. Plug that into your app!

Fix the “system”. The rental process totally sucks. The truck was a POS. I would never use or recommend UHAUL to anyone ever again. The 24/7 or regular rental process is horrible. I do not think think it right or secure for a copy of our drivers license to be on the customer service providers personal phone because the “system”. / internet is not working properly. Absolutely the worst truck rental experience I have ever had. I suggest that upper level management give me a call or you need to get out of the business. Your “system” both in person and customer service at 1 800 UHAUL is messed up. The faces of your company are trying really hard to do a good job but some one needs to rethink the tools you provide them.

Uhaul was not Ready, broken glass and smell inside Uhauls had to wait for Clean up and arrived 45 mins late and it still not ready and was fixing to rent my Uhaul

Great customer service - gentleman even offered to come to where the truck was located to help with a small maintenance issue I was having after he got off. He ended helping over the phone and was very nice and professional. This is a nice subsection of uHaul.
