Stop moving equipment from franchise locations to corporate locations right before a reservation is about to start. Instead of using the location I requested (I drove by and saw the size truck I wanted & confirmed with the business that it was still available), which is 10 minutes from my house, the reservation person kept trying to direct me to locations that are an hour to 1 1/2 hours drive round-trip from my home. Moving is exhausting enough without adding an unnecessary errand to the day. It's makes a person feel like our time (not to mention our state of physical exhaustion) doesn't matter to the company.
