Improve when reserving equipment- Communicate with all u-haul stores on customers info I.D. -Also ask customer whats more convenient to drop off equipment to a closer location - My opinion have every1 on same page from u-hual so ders no mis- understanding!!!

The Uhaul operator left me waiting, "clearly" stating his job was selling cars, NOT operating or serving Uhaul customers....AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT WHILE HE IS OFF PROPERTY DOING TEST DRIVES WITH REAL CUSTOMERS, and that Uhaul customers are not as important as real buying car customers. I left the property after waiting 15 minutes, and WAS NOT able to checkout because the operator refused to return until he sold a car during an off property test drive. Why is Uhaul Corporation allowing this "second class" Uhaul customer status to it's customers? When I told the car salesman to return, he refused. He stated his real job is a car salesman and I would just have to wait until his return. He said he doesn't care if I complain to Uhaul Corporation,....."Go ahead and complain ", he said, "I don't care"

KATHERINE I.I dropped off the vehicle on a Sunday, so no-one was working there. The lot is pretty small, leaving little space to leave the uhaul truck. No clear sign as to where to leave the truck.
