No one was there at the time I was to pick up the trailer, so I have to wait for about 15 minutes before someone showed up. No one was there when I returned the trailer also. Very unsatisfied with their lack of service.

GREGORY JMaking the reservation on-site was fine. The process of check-in was horrid. I was told I didn't have an established mobile pick-up, I was given the wrong truck, initially. My pickup was delayed 1 1/2 hours!! There was minimal gas in the truck which I filled up. There were too many errors and inconsistencies and I was transferred around too many times, before resolution was obtained. I was not given the full instructions at time of rental on how the check-in would go

Matthew WOn the beginning, the manager for Tappahannock, VA did not help on my issue with the truck, shaking, tires are not safe need replaced, not clean. At the end, I lift the challenges truck on the parking lot to use my own car to attend the court which is less than 2 minutes away from uhal location. I can't use 26 ft to park it inside the down town. When I return back after finishing my court. I surprised that the manager took the key and sign me out and finish my lease although I still have one day lift. I talked to him but he refused to give it to me back. I didn't finish my moving.
MOHAMED ALocation was easy to find and there was space to drop the trailer & perform return via phone app. I turned in the trailer after hours, so the questions "was the location clean and inviting" and "were the personnel helpful" should be "not applicable", but the survey won't post with "not applicable" selected. I am therefore selecting no for those
IAN PActually nothing, Wade Nairn is probably the best rental location I’ve ever used, and I’ve been using Uhaul for 30+ years. I live locally, will always send him my business, thank you.

Gary Rupgrade trucks . the rental i had felt like it was going to break down , a lot of noise and in order to pick up speed you have to mash on the gas and that’s how they get you because of the mileage right there which i think is definitely no right

Martha HThe return location in Tappahannock was closed when I needed to return the truck and car carrier. The online return process was confusing and my phone service was spotty in Tappahannock. The online after hours return process asked me to take about ten pictures and upload the images online. I followed all the steps. I never got an email confirmation that my return was complete. I drove off the lot in Tappahannock knowing that I did everything that I was supposed to do and I really wanted to have an email confirmation from U-Haul. I have no complaints about Tappahannock location. However, U-Haul needs to provide customers with a return confirmation.

Given how difficult it can be to pack up your entire family and move states away, I can say that our experience with uhaul was a breath of fresh air. Great work! Thank you!

Debra MPlease do not move the pick up location. Our pick up location was moved twice and each time it was further away from where we were going to be picking up our belongings. Also, we asked for a 10 foot truck but had to take a 15 foot truck. We were told, “at least you don’t have to pay more for a bigger truck“. The truck was too big for what we had to move. Sometimes you don’t need that much space. Overall I would rate this U-Haul experience a 4 out of 10 . We have already decided to try a different service the next time we have to move something.
