Help customer with equipment. I needed a trailer attached to a 10ft truck to load my car. Trailer was attached but it was told that I had to load my car alone without assistance. I don't know what I'm doing and didnt feel comfortable losing a car br myself. To many things could have gone wrong. I asked to remove the equipment because I would be able to use it if i wasnt going to get the helo I needed and to issue me a refund for it. He did not have me my refund.Leslie C.

My experience with renting a trailer from Uhaul for the holidays was poor, frustrating, and unprofessional. I am service member (Army) and look forward to the resources that UHAUL provides their customers. Communication was a huge problem we experienced from renting the equipment and picking up the equipment from both locations in Bonifay, FL and Chester, Virginia. Both stores was closed when we arrived when we had already made the reservation online. The quotes of the rentals on the website were inaccurate which we ended up paying more than what was quoted. The website that we made the reservation said the equipment was available and actually it wasn't in the inventory, I will never rent from this company and sadly to day lost a customer for life.Ilique B.

Mr. Wayne was AMAZING! Uhaul gave me the run around when I picked it up, and when I was supposed to drop it off. Thankfully, I passed by Mr.Waynes trying to find my original drop off location and he was more than willing to help me. SO THANKFUL FOR THIS MAN!!! Great customer service!Savannah G.

Had a problem due to the person at the pickup location writing down the wrong serial number for the trailer and Uhaul sending me emails and text messages saying that I had not returned the trailer. Wayne at the drop off location took care of this problem.Larry P.

Uhaul overall as a company will lie and use deceptive business practices with no regards to how it affects the people using their services. From an unsafe truck with poor front end alignment to the fake free storage unit they lied about and the little things like how they require you to buy one of their locks for your storage they are a company that should not be in business.anthony S.

My first contact with Century Supply was a phone call to them to let them know we were running late. The man was abrupt, raising his voice, and just generally rude. When we got there they did not have the truck we reserved and have us a larger one that needed an oil change and told us don't worry about it they would do it when we dropped it off. The store itself is a disaster at best. When we started driving the steering was very stiff and the truck hopped like crazy. When we put gas in the tank it made the cab reel of fumes for the remainder of the trip. When we dropped it off there was an extra 150 miles on the trip we did not create. If not for the superior customer service at our drop off location we would have had to pay for those miles. Overall I would never do business with the U Haul location in bonifay.Jennifer P.

I found that the cup on the tow dolly had not been locked down to the ball on my hitch when I went to put my towed vehicle on the tow dolly. The dolly came off my towing vehicle and I had difficulty getting my towed vehicle back off the dolly when It came off the towing vehicle.Bob P.

I don't recommend renting a uhaul truck at all. they're expensive to rent and all kinds of fees and tricks hiding to make things even more expensive.Aaron S.

I was over charged for gas $45 after I fueled the truck before returning. I parked on uneven ground therefore moving thr fuel gauge a hair less. I was told I would get a refund but that never happened.YANDRO L.
The truck should have been serviced. We had a lot of problems maintaining speed on the interstate. Also, and this is huge, I reserved to pick up at a location 20 minutes from my home. The night before, I got an email saying I had to pick up in the next town, 45 minutes away. I was given a larger truck at no Add'l charge, and normally that would be fine, but we seriously didn't need it so we just wasted extra gas. The Uhaul server was down when we picked up and it took over an hour to get the truck. My friends were waiting for me at my house by the time I returned due to the delays. I am not one bit happy with Uhaul.Louis P.

I returned the truck clean and was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I've been moving with Uhaul since the late 90s.... never ever have I had to pay a cleaning fee. Rip OFF! I can't believe those people!??Amanda T.
