Super nice and friendly.
Troy SWayne runs a tight ship. His attention is on facilitating his customers needs first. He does what he says he will do and goes all out to ensure you have the safest equipment. I've been involved with 4 rentals in the last week. All was good. I think he should have a super store there. I highly recommend his service! Caring for customers has faded in society, hope more opt for some of that!
CharlesJ AI reserved the van well in advance and wanted to pick it up at the location closest to me. However, U-Haul decided to change my pick-up location to another location which caused me to have to go and extra 20 miles round trip, at $0.99 a mile that cost an extra $20. Of course, they gave me an option of renting a bigger moving van which cost more money! I contacted corporate through the app about the location and they sent me another confirmation to go to the farther location. Apparently, corporate doesn't care about customers and tries to get the most money out of them as possible. The pick-up location owner was very friendly and efficient, and I would rate 5 stars. Corporate, however, I would rate 0 stars if I could.

CharlesJ AWayne is the one that help me and my car wouldn't start so he drove uhaul to me and he went above and beyond requirements to meet the needs to get me back on road and even help me get car on trailer . There needs to more people like Wayne for employees he went the extra mile for sure. Thank God for him he was a blessing he needs a raise for sure. Instead of 5 star ratings he was a 10 10 10.

There are always problems with you all you schedule a date they decide to pick a different date then you get the correct date and the location is closed on a Saturday which is ridiculous they should not be even doing you all most people work Monday through Friday and need weekends to move I will never use you all again I actually made a reservation for a new move truck using budget I'm sick and tired of you all and all their mistakes
