Drop off couldn’t have gone more smoothly. In and out in a flash. Plenty of room to maneuver my motorhome and get the trailer placed for the dismount, Friendly, efficient staff!

This was a very well executed rental and Wayne Sellers is the hallmark of customer care and service. The equipment was ready and prepped ahead of time so all I needed to do was the contract and load up.
Advise customers to Turn Off TCS in the trucks unless the road is wet. The Off setting tremendously improved handling and driving comfort on dry roads.

Wayne Sellers was SO Professional, Friendly and 200% Customer Focused. He goes out of his way to find out what his customers needs are regarding their move and offers suggestions and recommendations to help make it as easy as possible to reduce their stress. I have already recommended him to several people and told them, if they need to move or just rent equipment/vehicles that they need to go to his location. No complaints for the pickup location, but the U-Haul reservation process was a problem. I reserved a 20ft truck at Century Supply a week in advance, then without notifying me U-Haul changed the a location 45 minutes away. Only after insisting that I reserved the location close to me did the U-Haul company size me up to a 26ft truck at the original location, but without the equipment I requested. U-Haul, please don’t tell people they can reserve equipment at a location that doesn’t have any of it.

Mr. Sellers did everything he could to make my move a success. My favorite response of his when I asked for 3 of the largest trucks was “I can make that happen”. He even met my drivers at 5 a.m one morning because we had to get an early start loading. If you need to rent anything connected with UHaul in the panhandle of Florida, you won’t go wrong using this location.
