Don’t say that this place has a 20’ truck and then only has 26. People make decisions off what they book and lock in and changing it 24 hours before is trash, uhaul always does this everytime I book. You guys need to do a better job because if I lock in a specific truck and then I’m driving through town and see manyyy 20’ trucks parked in uhaul stores, there is no reason I should have to drive 30 miles out for that truck. You guys should be moving around the trucks correctly for the people who reserve it. Seriously do a better job. Plus the 26 truck you guys gave me had a huge crack on the windshield. Like you could also better maintain the trucks people are spending hundreds on. Last - the truck had barely any gas and you guys just gave me 10$ knowing that the truck takes 150$ to fill up. It would have been nice to know how many gallons I should have filled up because now I lost about 50$ in gas since I filled it more than my trip. Not cool your 10 didn’t cover the gas. Wouldn’t have been any issue on me end of the truck already came with gas but you had me lose 30 mins of my time with the truck just to fill it with gas. Took away from my plans.

I started with a little van, had to move to a 15' box truck and now I'm using a promaster van. Gary has been beyond helpful and accommodating. I hope I don't move again for a long time, but if I do.
