I arranged for an in store check-in. Nobody who can do check ins was there. Had to do it through my phone and the app was glitchy. 45 minutes later I was able to hit the road. Returned the truck with a full tank, then my receipt had $144 in fuel charges that I had to call and have corrected. Everyone I dealt with was friendly but this experience was ridiculous.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI never received an invoice. I don't know what the final bill is unless I look at my credit card bill. I asked the gentleman several times for an invoice and he said yes yes yes but I never received it. This is not acceptable.
