Pickup and return was a mess. Someone working on their car in front of the door. Had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to come hookup the trailer. Had to wait again to return item. Received an email that trailer had not been returned at time promised, but I had returned it. When I called, I was told that, â€œShe hasn't checked it in yet.â€ But would get around to doing it.ALFREDA H.

Went to turn in my truck and nobody was in the office but a child in his iPad. Waited 10-15 minutes and never saw anyone so then did the mobile drop off and left.Scott V.

Never went inside as they appeared to have closed a couple of hours early. However the lady that did come out and took the keys and said they would check in later was very friendly and nice. Wasn't there for more than 5 minutes.Terrance M.

Give the location better support. Fix their equipment so they can actually rent things. Renting from Uhaul was the worst experience I've had. I will not do business with them again. They will overbook and send you to locations that do not have the equipment that you reserved 4 days prior. They do not care about the customer since they clearly need the rental that day. The 1st location that I tried to return to in Jonesboro, AR on Red Wolf would not except.the return without charging me an additional $150. Stating that it wasn't the agreed return location. I explained that my son put the wrong location but there was no leeway or consideration for our situation. I live in jonesboro and my son lives in Little Rock. this was a big inconvenience for me. The truck was dirty. Poor customer service. Even when I pre-checked in I still had to wait at least 15 mins to get a truck. The U-haul office was dirty and unorganized. Would not return to this office again.Sergio B.

Waited more than 30 minutes to get the keys AFTER I had been charged for the U-Haul truck. No one was at the Pick up location, no one answered calls. Truck had trash and old gloves in it. Totally unprofessional and hopefully won't have to use U-Haul service again.Sarah S.

Truck was not at location for 4 hours. However this was not pickup locations fault as the people renting were the cause. Rental location tried to find another truck and then gave some discounts when our truck shows up late. Very nice people running location.Jonathan H.
Signage is very poor - hard to find where the office was located. The building is labeled, "Direct TV." There is a small, about 1 foot square, UHaul sign on the door, that was hard to spot. There was only one person working the office, and she was busy with other customers. I finally used the U-haul app to return my trailer. My experience with the call center and the website is BAD! Please improve the ability of your website to handle traffic during the peak moving seasons, and your call center to reduce ridiculously long times on hold.Ronald W.

We had set up everything online beforehand, and the 24/7 rideshare was not available like we thought it would be and I had to call to get things figured out; I was worried because we had a relatively small window for our moving schedule. Fortunately, the manager (?) that I called was helpful in getting it all smoothed out, but I experienced a little extra, seemingly unnecessary stress.Matthew B.

Office Building is DIRECTV, no signs for u-haul pickup. I saw the u-haul trucks, and was simply going to the building next door to ask where the u-haul office was. They need a sign or instructions to go to the DirecTV office to fill out the rental paperwork. Also, the automatic door wouldn't open when I walked up, so I thought the location was closed. If I had not been persistent in knocking on the door, I would have walked away and given my business to another location.Virginia N.
