On very hot days...it would be nice to have like a shaded covering over the security boxes and keys.... The metal boxes and padlocks are very hot on Sunny days where heat index is increased. (Metal boxes and padlocks burn your hand while unlocking and opening)

Nicole FI will NEVER rent a u-haul again after this experience! MO one was there to help me, I called the number on the rental agreement, NO one answered, no one called me back, so I took pictures of the trailer and left. Bad neighborhood! When I looked up CES on the internet, it clearly states they’re permanently closed! WTF……I had no one to help me, it was NOT a good experience!
