Had a reservation arrived and not a single employee around had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up after calling customer service.

NEIL BStaff was slow and inattentive. Waited nearly 30 minutes to pick up the trailer and no one even asked what I was there for. Overall uhaul service is always frustrating. I have never had a reservation go as it was planned. Each time, I have been called and forced to change my plans to accommodate uhaul. If there were better options for trailer rental I would use them.

JESSE FDuring the trip, one of the places we went to was raining I turned the wipers on and the wiper arm on the driver side was just fitted in and not clipped in properly or the clip was broken so we had a delay our trip until the rain stopped. I also noted that the doors on both sides aren’t sealing properly when driving about 65 miles an hourair was coming through the door badly and the last thing was the transmission was having trouble staying in overdrive. I was at least hoping that when I drop the vehicle off, they wouldn’t negotiated a price, but this place chose not to communicate with me at all or assist, and with frankly was pretty rude in my opinion. In my opinion, this truck should not have been written until it was properly checked over and maintained.
Ron Moffice area cluttered and messy, truck I rented needed better upkeep wiper blades where so bad couldn't clean windshield. if it was rain season these would be a terrible safety issue. But i originally went to your location 508 E Cottonwood Ln Ste A Casa Grande, AZ 85122 to pick up a 10ft truck that I confirmed I would pay at pickup location but when I arrived i was told the truck just got rented to go to Tucson AZ and they had nothing available anymore. I had to call another location to find another truck to rent locally.
RANDY REquipment needs inspections and cleaning. I think the hitch on the trailer I rented needs repair because it kept coming loose.

dwight eWhen I arrived to pick up truck at said location, the truck was located at another location a mile down the road. So I had to travel further to receive my truck. Once at the other location and inspecting the truck I opened the back and it is a complete disaster debris all over the floor two tires were also left in there. So I went into this location and requested a different truck and had to wait until the last transferred all the paperwork. I didn't receive my rental until 12:15pm she didn't update my paperwork with the time and I still had a return time for 11:45am. I would like to submit a picture of my original rental condition that was completely unacceptable. Not to mention when I returned the truck the guy said I was a mile over which makes sense because I had to drive over a mile to get it at the other location. Truck had 1/4 tank of gas when picked up and half a tank when returned. But I still had to end up paying more. I'm not happy about this and request a representative from uhaul to reach out to me . I will never go to either of those 2 locations ever again. Contract # 27472496

PATRICIA AThe trailer was caked in dirt, but then it rained which took off most of the dirt. The staff members were SOO helpful. I had ordered too many furniture pads and asked to return 2 bags. The staff explained they could adjust the order but managed to get about 6 pads into the stuffed trailer. The gentleman got on his knees to put the in without opening the door all the way. Thank you!

JAMES PKeep a firm drop off spot. The drop off contract said one location. But they refused to take uhail and I had to drive to another sate. The haul had no cruise control. Very hard to maintain correct speed. For 1800 miles. No radio. The seek on radio would just spin, even when you knew the radio station.

Kirk SThe site was old and not very inviting. The fuel was reported as half and initially they wanted me to sign for that. I refused until I could see for myself. It was less than half at 7/16th and this was adjusted on the contract. Furniture pads were not bagged. He found pads here and there and unbeknown to me, some were filthy dirty and left dirt and debri on our expensive furniture. Truck windows were dirty, Inside was dirty especially the cup holders. Candy wrappers left inside. I had to clean the truck as they supposedly didn’t have time with other customers. I disinfected the truck with wipes which were black with dirt from the steering wheel and handles. He wouldn’t honor the price I had received from uHaul even when I showed then the contract. I needed the truck so took it. I called a uHaul rep and was able to rectify the issues. I ended up needing more furniture pads and went to the uHaul center in Casa Grande. Great store and staff were great there The computers were down and I ended up w the blankets and a new rental agreement. The charges didn’t go through and the reservation showed up as me renting another 10’ truck but when I opened the reservation details it showed the 2 dozen blankets, which by the way were clean. The check in location couldn’t show Inreturned the blankets but acknowledged that I did.
