The power steering went almost completely out on the trip, the ABS wasn't working, and the transmission was going out...nit to mention, I had to drive 40 miles out of my way because the rental wasn't where it was supposed to be.

only rented from uhaul for the car carrier. Non of the competitors had a hauler rated for the vehicle towing. EXTREMELY over priced in rental. Had I not needed the hauler I would have used someone else!!! Uhaul price for truck only was $600.00 above competitor. When I picked up the truck, Had to clean windshield before leaving lot. Inside of truck was ok. Not really clean or dirty. IF uhaul is going to put a sign in the back of the truck stating a $25.00 cleaning fee for not sweeping out - I should have charged uhaul to clean windshield and inside of truck. Site people where friendly, but should have known about the truck condition before and offered to clean the truck when we ask for paper towels and window cleaner. Overall with rental sites was good and people where friendly. Uhaul as a whole not worth the money!!!!

Equipment ordered not available. Sent to 2nd and finally third location before finally receiving equipment. Try improving your process as this is the 2nd time something like this has happened. Problem is mostly in your reservation system and insufficient equipment.

Two U_Haul locations in Coolidge Az. I had to go to Casa grande Az and pay for 40 miles I did not need. How about a credit to my Debt card.

I went to rent a truck last minute at the U-Haul owned by U-Haul and was greeted by the very rude manager of the facility, after being rude to me and informing me there were no trucks (even though her website said she had 3), I went to CG Mini-Storage. I was greeted with a smile, and I explained what the was going on, and within 10 minutes of arriving I had a truck rented and was on my way. The staff of CG Mini-Storage is beyond friendly and always extremely helpful. I will always use CG Mini-Storage from now on. I give them 10 stars for their exceptional customer service.
