Richard TLocation (1742 Pinal) was dirty, with smelly office and broken equipment outside front door. Original confirmed reservation (one way) turned out to be an offer to pick up trailer in two different locations, both more than 90 minutes away. "Mike" at the location at 2046 Pinal Avenue helped get me setup for a local rental instead. I showed up at their other location at 8:00 for scheduled pickup. 1. Employee was late to open facility.- did not arrive until 8:05. 2. Your systems were working very poorly - it took over 50 minutes to process pickup. 3. Meanwhile 4 other customers were waiting behind me, even more frustrated. 4. I am still not certain why trailer with TN license plate was not avaiable for one way rental. Without a competitor, you obviously really don't care about customer experience or the people that work to represent you!
