Location (1742 Pinal) was dirty, with smelly office and broken equipment outside front door. Original confirmed reservation (one way) turned out to be an offer to pick up trailer in two different locations, both more than 90 minutes away. "Mike" at the location at 2046 Pinal Avenue helped get me setup for a local rental instead. I showed up at their other location at 8:00 for scheduled pickup. 1. Employee was late to open facility.- did not arrive until 8:05. 2. Your systems were working very poorly - it took over 50 minutes to process pickup. 3. Meanwhile 4 other customers were waiting behind me, even more frustrated. 4. I am still not certain why trailer with TN license plate was not avaiable for one way rental. Without a competitor, you obviously really don't care about customer experience or the people that work to represent you!

The trailer was not at the same location as the truck; I had to drive down the street to pick up the trailer. I would assume the truck and trailer would both have been at the same place since that is what my online booking showed. Also, checking in still asked many questions even though the info is right on the screen. Also, had to return the trailer at one location, and the truck at another. But, employees were nice.
